PB-Inspired Pillowcases

My sister-in-law Leslie wanted some king-size pillowcases to go with the adorable Pottery Barn quilt on her bed. She picked out a bunch of adorable bright prints and started by making the square-in-a-square blocks. When I visited her a few months ago, we sat down with her fabric, crunched a bunch of numbers, came up with a pattern, and created the borders. Lois put the ruffle and the back on and Lynne quilted them. (Can you see how exquisitely these are quilted?) I think they look great on her bed. Now we just need to make a matching throw quilt!
